- Non-profit association financed by membership fees from member institutions and subsidised by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. Its mission is to develop a national network of expertise and exchanges in the field of electronic documentation, particularly with regard to acquisition policies, publishers' invoicing models, collection development plans, open access to scientific productions, research data management, support for open science, access ergonomics, statistics and usage indicators.
