Definition
- The fact that two (or more) hadromonyms originally refer to the same priscogenus (original genus in the original publication). Each on is called a protohadromonym. Under the Zoocode, the junior one is permanently invalid. (Dubois & Aescht et al. 2019 (LZC, Session 24))
